The project presents a LOGISTIC ADMINISTRATIVE AREA

developed on a 62 947.30 sqm site. The concept is based on conceiving an administrative and service area with housing units for the staff working in the logistics park. The general layout plan presents three main areas : the administration offices along with the entertainment area, the heliport and the parking zone, the service area and equipment parking zone, with a gas station, fuel and water tanks area, and also the residence area designed for the staff members.The access is made from one side of the plot, through three guarded entrances designed for the three main areas.
